The Comfort and Care of Home
Life with First State Residential Living
First State Residential Living provides individuals with the opportunity to live in a small group residence which is person-centered and allows them to live as independently as possible within their community. We staff our group home with professionals experienced in human services who provide personalized support based on the needs and abilities of each individual 24/7.
Our team works collaboratively with the individual and their family to design a Person Centered Plan (PCP) which is continually monitored and adjusted as residents achieve new goals.
Feel At Home
We set out to give individuals with disabilities the resources and setting that allow them to set and achieve their own personal goals.
Our residents have a higher level of acuity so skilled nursing services are provided through a nursing agency, including Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
Our homes have up to 4 residents, each with their own room which promotes companionship and community, while maintaining individuality according to each resident's tastes.
